Due to non-adjustment of open adjusted price on resumption date after the record date for entitlement of the placement shares, trading of shares of National Tea Company Ltd. has been halted today i.e., 16.05.2023. Trading of the shares will resume on tomorrow i.e., 17.05.2023 with due adjusted price. Also trades executed with the unadjusted price on today will be cancelled.
